This blog like a virtual spa where you can pick and choose ideas to try for yourself. I thought I would start sharing some self care ideas and activities that I have found helpful in the pursuit of greater wellness.   I invite you to encourage me and other readers with your comments.

I am a wife, mom, caregiver, guitar teacher, artist and presently in massage therapy school. I wanted a way to begin to build a following of people interested in self care and wellness.
